We invite someone from your company to witness the actual destruction of your sensitive materials while being shredded on your property. When finished, you will receive a signed Certification of Destruction assuring you that all of your confidential materials have been completely destroyed.

Does the ON-SITE process work?

 

 

1- Free Quotes and Professional Consultation - our knowledgeable sales staff will provide you with the best service plan for your company's confidential needs.
2- Pick-Up and Removal - once a service plan has been chosen, our uniformed personnel will arrive at your location to remove any materials to be destroyed.
3- On-Site Destruction - once loaded in the mobil shredding unit, your files and secure records will be completely destroyed using a cross shredding process and stored in the shredder for recycling purposes.
4- Certification - finally, you will receive a signed On-Site Certification of Destruction for your company's records.


What Services does ON-SITE offer?

 

 

Schedules - we will provide you with a one-way slotted locking container or cabinet for fast and easy document disposal. As determined by you, we will remove the contents and conveniently shred them on site.
Purge - as materials and out-dated files increase over time, your company may need a one-time destruction of those many files. Give us a call and schedule a time with our professional sales staff.


What about "other" disposal options?

 

 

IN-HOUSE SHREDDERS - waste valuable employee time; most office shredders would take days to shred what we can destroy in less than 15 minutes; are expensive to provide sufficient capacity; cannot handle paper clips, alligator clips, binders, books and software; are messy, noisy and extremely slow; jam frequently; "burn up" often; often require special bags and have maintenance agreements and repair costs

PICK UP & DESTROY SERVICE
- no absolute guarantee of what next happens to your documents; if records arrive where intended, how long will they sit before hopefully being destroyed?

RECYCLING SERVICES
- recycling IS a responsible thing to do; however, any documents containing confidential information must be destroyed before sending to a recycler; local recyclers simply bundle papers and sell them in the paper market around the country; documents remain intact and are readable as they are shipped to multiple locations; ALL material that we collect is taken to a recycler but only AFTER they are completely destroyed.
